1 pound pork sausage
6 slices white bread cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sausage then drain and set aside.

Layer bread, sausage and cheddar cheese in a 7 x 11 baking dish.

In a bowl beat the eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over the bread combination in the dish. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.

Preheat the oven 350 degrees.

Bake 50-60 minutes.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
