1 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
1 can ranch style pinto beans
2 cans Rotel
1 c. water if desired
1 onion, chopped
1 can corn or hominy
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté meat and onion, then drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30-45 minutes over low heat. Garnish with crushed tortilla chips. (If doubling recipe use 2 pkgs seasoning mix and 3 cans Rotel).
