2 cups flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 tsp. grated orange zest
2 eggs, room temperature
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in cranberries, walnuts, lemon and orange zest. Set aside.
In other bowl, whisk eggs, milk and butter.
Make a well in center of flour mixture and pour in egg mixture stirring with a fork just until moistened.
Pour mixture into greased and floured 9" x 5" loaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 1 hour (until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
Cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan, cool on a rack.
