1 can crushed pineapple, drain, reserving liquid
1 small pkg. orange jello
1 small pkg. lemon jello
juice of 1/2 lemon
about 1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. grated carrot

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups orange/pineapple/lemon juice.
Let partially jell. Add 1 cup drained crushed pineapple and grated carrot.
Jell completely.
Serves about 8.
