3 lbs chicken thighs
1 egg, beaten
1 c flour (with salt and pepper)
1/4 c butter (or oil) for frying

Marinade:
3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp water
1 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp accent (msg)
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken thighs in beaten egg, then dredge again in flour, salt and pepper. Fry chicken pieces in butter (or oil) until light brown. Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan. Add marinade. Keep spooning marinade regularly over chicken for an hour or two. Bake in oven at 350º F for 1 hour.
