1/2 cup chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp olive oil
4 pork loin chops (3/4 in thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together rosemary, salt, pepper and olive oil in a shallow dish. Add pork, cover and chill 8 hours, if desired, turning occasionally. Grill covered with grill lid over medium high hear 8-11 minutes or until no longer pink, or until juices run clear. Can also be grilled on a Foreman Grill. Serves 4.
