3 to 5 lb pork butt
1 jar 16 oz salsa verdi
desired toppings (see directions)

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in covered dutch oven, pour salsa over and put into a 325º oven for 4 to 6 hours until fork tender and pork falls apart. Turn roast after 2 to 3 hours to avoid over browning on bottom. Remove pork and shred using 2 forks. Reserve juice to pour over and mix in with shredded pork (optional). Serve on soft flour tortilla with shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, chopped tomato etc.
Can be served as tacos in hard shell.
