2 C. Italian Bread Crumbs or Panko Bread Crumbs (I like Panko)
2 C. very finely chopped Pecans
1/4 C. finely chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 C. buttermilk
6 eggs
8 (1/2" thick) pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, pecans, parsley, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Blend buttermilk and eggs in a separate bowl for egg wash. Set aside.
Dredge pork chops in flour, then in egg wash. Coat with crumb mixture.
Place in baking pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes so crumbs can adhere.
Preheat oven to 375. Bake pork chops for 45 minutes, checking frequently for doneness. (meat should be semi-firm and measure 155 on meat thermometer.) Juices should run clear.
