1 3/4 c flour
2 c white sugar
3/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c salad oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the boiling water. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. (Your batter will be very thin.) Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch or 3 - 8 inch layer pans or one 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees till done. Cool the cakes for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Top with your favourite frosting.
