1 24-27 oz can sauerkraut, drained
1 Tbsp caraway seed
1 8 oz bottle Thousand Island Dressing
9 oz corned beef, shredded
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp salted butter, melted
2 cups rye bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place sauerkraut evenly on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle caraway seeds evenly over sauerkraut. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over sauerkraut. (I use the whole bottle, but you can use less depending on your taste). Spread on shredded corned beef, then spread on shredded Swiss cheese. Sprinkle on rye bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 425ºF for 30 minutes.
