3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C Bisquick
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
2 Tbsp margarine
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. (1 minute in blender or 2 minutes with hand beater). Pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
