1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c oil
4 eggs
1 sm can mandarin oranges with juice

Icing
1 lg cool whip
1 (3 oz) instant French vanilla pudding
1 med can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake ingredients. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 325° F in 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Cool thoroughly. Mix icing ingredients well. Spread over cooled cakes.

May be made as a sheet cake too!
