1 c broccoli florets
1 c. asparagus, sliced
1 c. zucchini, sliced
1 tsp. olive oil
1 shallot, minced

Marinade:
1/8 c olive oil.
1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp salt free seasoning
1/2 clove garlic, minced

Pasta:
1/4 lb. whole wheat pasta
1/8 c thin red pepper strips, or sundried tomato strips
Fresh parsley

Prepare the Marinade:
Combine oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, seasoning and garlic in cup. Mix well. Combine vegetables in medium bowl. Add marinade and toss gently. May refrigerate at this point for several hours or overnight.

Prepare the pasta
Bring quart of water to a boil. Add pasta and simmer uncovered, 10 minutes. Drain immediately, and toss with marinated vegetables. Add pepper or tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Toss gently.
