2 C flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
2 eggs
1 C sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Nut Mixture: 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4C sugar & 1/2C chopped walnuts

Directions:

~cream sugar & butter.
~mix eggs & sour cream together & add to creamed mixture, add vanilla.
~in a separate bowl, add flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda, mix together
~Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
~Spread half of the batter in greased & floured tube pan.
~Sprinkle half of the nut mixture over the batter
~Spread the remaining batter and then the rest of the nut mixture on top.
~Bake @ 350º for approximately 35-40 minutes.
~Use a cake tester to check to see when cooking is done. Cake tester inserted into coffee cake will come out clean if coffee cake is done.
