lb potatoes
1 c sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender
drain
mash until smooth
Add remaining ingredients and beat well till fluffy and cool
cover and place in frig

may be used any time within 2 weeks.

Place desired amount in well greased casserole, dot with butter and bake in moderate oven til heated through.
