12 tender sweet corn cobs grated or 2 cans of cream corn or, 2 cans of corn
1 cup of cream
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 whipped egg whites
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Green and Red peppers cut in strips
cans of “Italian Style” tomatoes, drained
2 kilos of boneless chicken breasts
olives to taste (1/2 a cup)
capers to taste
raisins to taste

Directions:

1.- Cook and shred the de-boned chicken breasts, add the tomatoes, olives, capers and raisins. Cook at moderate to low heat until thick. 2.- Liquefy the corn with the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold into the corn. 3.- Reserve 1 cup of this mixture and add to it the cheddar cheese for the last layer. 4.- Put the mixture in point 2.- in the bottom of a Pyrex dish. Add then the layer in point 1.- Top with the mixture in point 3.- . 5.- Decorate making flowers with the sweet peppers; Bake moderately until golden brown.
