1/2 c warm water
1/2 c milk
3 cups of flour
1 tbsp. gluten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. bread machine yeast.

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients into a 1 lb. bread machine as listed above. and let the machine do the rest.
This recipe can be doubled for a bigger machine and also can be used on the roll setting and then form the dough into balls and put into a pie plate and let rise for an hour and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
