Ingredients:
Ingredients:
pie pastry (from your 'go to' recipe)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

8 fresh peaches or 1 28 oz. can of peach halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare pastry and line a 9" pie plate.

Combine the flour and sugars and cut in butter. Sprinkle half of the mixture over the bottom of the pastry. Arrange peach slices on top and cover with the rest of the crumble mixture.

Bake in the preheated 450 degrees oven for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 40 minutes. If using fresh peaches the pie can drip so it's best to place a cookie sheet on the oven rack under the pie while it bakes. You can also use 1.5 x's the crumble mixture if you like the pie sweeter (and more crumbley).
