Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups Rolled Oats (or substitute with puffed cereal - rice, quinoa, millet, etc.)
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/8 cup Flax Seeds
1/8 cup Hemp Seeds
1/8 cup Chia Seeds
1/8 cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup chopped dried fruit (cranberries, blueberries, raisins, cherries, mango)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

3/4 cup Brown Rice Syrup
1/2 cup Seed Butter (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
1 scoop Protein Powder, unflavoured

Directions:
Directions:
Toast oats in oven for 15 minutes at 425 F.

Combine brown rice syrup, seed butter and protein powder in a saucepan and cook over low heat until mixture is smooth.

In a large bowl, combine oats with all other dry ingredients. Gradually stir into wet ingredients. Stir Well.

Spread mixture into greased 9x9 pan and press down firmly. Let set and cut into small bars.

Note - I often use the ingredient list as a guide and substitute in slivered almonds and/or shredded coconut among other things. Sometimes I leave out the protein powder. These are also delicious with 1/8 cup dark cocoa added.

Freezes well. Enjoy!
