1 1/2 c flour
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour a thin layer of batter onto heated, greased skillet, covering the bottom of the pan.
Flip over to cook the other side.
These should be very thins pancakes (French call them crepes)

To make GF: Replace regular flour with Bob's Mill GF All Purpose Flour.

To serve: The Swedish Way is to lightly spread jam on the pancake and roll up like a jelly roll. The French way is to use butter and brown sugar. They way also be served as a dessert with fresh fruit and whipped cream on top.
