2 cups Rice
1 stick butter
1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom
1 can Campbells Beef Consommé
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour rice in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix the cans of soup and the one can of water in a bowl. Pour soups on top of rice and cut stick of butter into pats and lay them on top. Cook without stirring at 350º for 30-40 minutes.

Nana makes this and adds a can of Golden Mushroom instead of the cream of mushroom. It's all personal preference. Try both ways and see what you like the best!!
