3 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
8 - 12 oz. shredded Cheese (fine shredded works better for outside)
6 - 8 slices (approx. 10 oz. pkg.) of Ham (chopped)
1 pkg. dry Italian Dressing
1 pkg. dry Onion Soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, 1/2 of shredded cheese, chopped ham, Italian dressing mix and onion soup mix. Mix until well blended. Place the remaining shredded cheese on a large plate or bowl. Divide the cream cheese mixture into amount you want for ball. Roll it into the shredded cheese, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until time to serve.

You can change up the meat, cheese, and mixes to make different flavors.
