3 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 lb. firm tofu, cut in small chunks
1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. fresh ground ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1/2 tsp. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine 1/4 cup chicken broth with cornstarch. In soup pan combine rest of chicken broth and next six ingredients. Bring to boil, stir in cornstarch mixture, stir in slowly the beaten egg. Add bean sprouts, cook 2 minutes. Then stir in sesame oil. Serve warm.
