First layer:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Second layer:
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Third layer:
2 small boxes instant pudding - any flavor
3 c. milk

Fourth layer:
Remainder of container of Cool Whip
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
First layer: combine flour, nuts, and butter (melted) and press into the bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool.

Second layer: cream together cream cheese and sugar, and fold in Cool Whip. Spread evenly on top of 1st layer.

Third layer: mix pudding and milk together and pour on top of 2nd layer.

Fourth layer: top dessert with remainder of Cool Whip. Top with nuts (optional).

Refrigerate before serving.
