Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1-2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's)
3/4 tsp. ground rosemary
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. shrimp (deveined, in shells)
1/2 c. beer
French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/3 stick butter in a large skillet and add seasonings and Worcestershire. Add shrimp and cook until the shrimp just begins to turn pink. Add the beer and lower the heat. Cut the remaining butter into pieces and add the pieces one at a time, stirring constantly, until they are all added. Do not allow the sauce to come to a boil. If it boils, it will clarify and lose its frothy consistency you want.
Serve in a bowl with the juice and French bread. Also good served with rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use medium-to-large deveined, easy peel shrimp. This is so good that you will probably want to double the recipe. This is one of our family's favorite ways to cook shrimp.
