8 oz. cream cheese (250g)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
5 green onions
1 tomato
mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients together and spread the mixture evenly on a large plate. Spoon the seafood sauce on top, and again spread it evenly over the cream cheese mixture. The peppers, onions and tomatoes should be chopped into small pieces and sprinkled onto the seafood sauce. Finally add just a little bit of grated mozzarella cheese to finish it all off. Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
