1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup of water
1and 1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 pound bulk pork sausage
1 large egg, lightly beaten
12 slices bacon, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix. Add sausage and egg; mix well. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Shape into 24 logs; wrap a piece of bacon around each log, and secure wooden picks. Place on a rack in a boiler pan; bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn logs, and bake an additional 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels, and cool. Place in an airtight container; label and return to freezer. To serve, thaw rolls; place on a baking sheet, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated.
