Pie Filling:
3/4 c sugar
1 c milk
2 egg yolks
2 tbs flour
1 tsp vanilla

Meringue:
2 egg whites
4 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pie Filling:
Burn sugar in saucepan, add milk and cook until sugar is fully dissolved. Let cool, then add 2 beaten yolks and flour. Cook until creamy, add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie crust.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla until very fluffy and creamy. Top pie filling with meringue and serve.
