5 tbs butter (divided)
1 lb seafood (crab, shrimp & scallops)
3 tsp chopped garlic (divided)
1/4 cup white wine (or chicken stock)
1 tbs lemon juice
4 tbs butter
4 tbs flour
3 cups milk
1 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (grated & divided)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped dill
1 16 oz container of ricotta cheese
1 10 oz pkg of spinach (thawed and drained)
1 egg
11/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated & divided)
1/2 lb lasagna noodles (cooked)

Heat 1 tbs butter in a pan, add seafood and sauté until cooked and then set seafood aside. Add garlic to same pan and sauté until fragrant, Add the white wine and lemon juice, deglaze the pan and simmer to reduce by half, Add the seafood back to pan and toss to coat and set aside.
Melt 4 tbs of butter in large sauce pan, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, add the flour and stir while cooking, then slowly whisk in milk and simmer until it thickens. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of the parmigiano reggiano, salt, pepper and dill.
Mix the ricotta, spinach, egg 1/2 cup of parmigiano reggiano, 1 cup mozzarella and a cup of the white sauce.
Pour 1/4 cup of white sauce over the bottom of an 8" sq. baking dish, then layer of noodles, half of cheese mixture, layer of noodles, all of the seafood and pour a cup of white sauce over seafood, a layer of noodles, remaining cheese mixture, a layer of noodles and top with remaining white sauce. Then top with 1/4 cup parmigiano and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake at 350º until bubbling on the sides and golden brown (about 45-60 minutes.
