3 lb cut up fryer chicken
2 beaten eggs
1 cup seasoned flour

Sauce:
3 tbsp soya sauce
½ cup vinegar
3 tbsp water
½ tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg, then flour. Fry until golden brown. Place in roaster.
Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Baste chicken with sauce while baking.

Serve with rice and veggies.
