1 lb bacon, cut into small pieces (save bacon fat for later in recipe)
8-10 Potatoes
1 large can kale
1 large onion
Farmer style sausage
salt and pepper
butter and milk
hot mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon and onion and save the grease and set aside.
Boil the potatoes and mash with salt, pepper, milk and butter.
After the potatoes are mashed mix together the potatoes, kale, bacon and onion and bacon grease. Put into a roasting pan and lay cut up farmer sausage on the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour.
Serve with hot mustard.
