1/2 c. melted butter
1 loaf bread cut into cubes (French bread for example)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into 9x13 inch pan.
Mix sugar, cinnamon in small bowl.
Wisk eggs, milk and vanilla in another bow.
Layer the bottom of pan with half the bread.
Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the bread.
Layer the second half of the bread and sprinkle the other half of the sugar mixture.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, loosen the ends of the foil and bake at 350º for 30 min.
Uncover, dot with butter and bake 15 minutes.
Great with maple syrup!!
