12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts



CRUST
1 c.margarine
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 /2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. quick cooking oats

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler with the sweetened condensed milk and salt. Just before pouring over crust, add margarine and nuts; mix well. Cream margarine and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix remaining ingredients, except oats, and add to creamed mixture. Spread about 2/3 of the crust mixture into an ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan. Spread filling on top of crust; dot remaining crust on top. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
