4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz. reduced fat provolone cheese, shredded
1 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
garlic powder to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, provolone, mozzarella, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Mist lightly with olive oil cooking spray and bake until the tomatoes are tender & cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
