1 c. chopped onion
2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
8 c. water
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
28 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. cooked long grain rice
2 c. chopped green peppers
2 cubes beef bouillon
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes, or so, until the peppers are tender.

This has the taste of stuffed peppers only it's in soup form. It's one of my personal favorites.
