Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. Pecans chopped
1 c. shredded Coconut
1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix – (I like Devil’s Food)
1 Stick Butter, softened
1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 box (1 lb) Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 cake pan, mix nuts and coconut.
Make cake mix according to the instructions on the box.
Pour the cake mix over the nuts.
In a 4 cup microwaveable bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
Pour the icing mix in strips over the top of the cake mix. (note: If it is not pourable, microwave it for 15 seconds, stir, then pour.)
Bake 370º for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

When the cake bakes, it splits open and swallows the icing, which bakes into the coconut nut mixture on the bottom of the cake.
