2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. of sugar
1/4 cup of dry milk powder
3 cups of all bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
For Roll topping
2 tbsp. of water
1 Egg white

Program: DOUGH
Water Temperature @ 110-115° F,
Add ingredients in the order listed.
1) Wet… water, milk, oil & fats.
2) Dry… Salt, powered Milk, grains, sugar, flour.
3) Yeast.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Remove risen dough from the machine, deflate, and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into twelve equal pieces, and form into rounds. Place the rounds on lightly greased baking sheets. Cover the rolls with a damp cloth, and let rise until doubled in volume, about 40 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the egg white and 2 tablespoons water; brush lightly onto the rolls. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
