1 1/2 cups mixed greens (endive, curly lettuce, spinach)
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/3 cup diced turkey
2 tbsp. chopped ham
1/4 cup mushrooms

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
white pepper
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix greens; top with walnuts, meats, and mushrooms. Mix dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad. This makes one serving for an entrée salad.
