12 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 sticks whipped margarine (1 cup)
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
Red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheese and whipped margarine to room temperature. Blend cheese and margarine well. Gradually add flour until mixed well. Add salt and pepper. Place dough mixture in cookie press using "star" tip. Shape in 2" rings on cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 8 minutes or 350º for 10 minutes. Cool.
