Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F., then lightly grease a medium sized baking sheet and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together thoroughly the GROUND BEEF, PEPPER SAUCE, TONY CHACHERE'S, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, PARSLEY, ONION, BREAD CRUMBS, MILK and EGG.

Form the Mixture into Walnut sized MEATBALLS and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until there is no pink left in the middle.

In a small bowl, combine the BARBECUE SAUCE and PEACH PRESERVES.

When the MEATBALLS are done, place them in a serving dish and cover them with the BARBECUE SAUCE Mixture. Toss around to coat evenly.

Note: If you plan to put these into a Slow Cooker to keep warm, then double the BARBECUE SAUCE and PEACH PRESERVE Mixture.

Personal Notes:
This is one of Mom's great appetizer Meatball recipes, with a little kick to it. - These can be made ahead and frozen in a re-sealable plastic bag, then added to the Sauce and heated.
