Ingredients: 4 Eggs, Separated 4 Tablespoons Sugar 4 Cups Cold Milk 2 Teaspoons Vanilla To Taste, Ground Cinnamon (Optional) To Taste, Ground Nutmeg (Optional) As Desired, Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:Crack and separate the EGG YOLKS from the EGG WHITES.
Add the EGG YOLKS to a mixing bowl and add in the SUGAR and beat with a mixer.
Add in the MILK and VANILLA and mix well again.
In a separate bowl, beat the EGG WHITES until stiff, then fold into the EGG YOLK mixture and gently incorporate.
Chill if possible, then pour into a serving cup and top with Optional CINNAMON or NUTMEG. Can also add a scoop of ICE CREAM to the Cup before filling with the EGGNOG. |

Notes: Eggnog is a special drink for the Fall Holidays, but I also like it other times of the year as well. - We do not drink alcohol, so this is how Mom likes to make a really rich and great tasting Eggnog without the alcohol. - It's extra good when poured over a scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
