4 Eggs, Separated
4 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Cups Cold Milk
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
To Taste, Ground Cinnamon (Optional)
To Taste, Ground Nutmeg (Optional)
As Desired, Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Crack and separate the EGG YOLKS from the EGG WHITES.

Add the EGG YOLKS to a mixing bowl and add in the SUGAR and beat with a mixer.

Add in the MILK and VANILLA and mix well again.

In a separate bowl, beat the EGG WHITES until stiff, then fold into the EGG YOLK mixture and gently incorporate.

Chill if possible, then pour into a serving cup and top with Optional CINNAMON or NUTMEG. Can also add a scoop of ICE CREAM to the Cup before filling with the EGGNOG.

Eggnog is a special drink for the Fall Holidays, but I also like it other times of the year as well. - We do not drink alcohol, so this is how Mom likes to make a really rich and great tasting Eggnog without the alcohol. - It's extra good when poured over a scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
