Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup ice water
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make well in flour and add ingredients except water.
2. Using fork, incorporate all ingredients with flour, adding enough ice water (slowly) to blend crust dough to desired consistency.
3. Roll out and place in pie pan.
4. Bake shell (pricked with fork) at 450°F for 8 min.
