3 seeded oranges
3 unpared apples, cut and seeded
1 lb. fresh, whole cranberries
1 small pkg. raspberry or strawberry jello
3 cups sugar
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grind together oranges, apples and cranberries.
2. Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
3. Pour jello mixture over sugar.
4. Add pineapple (with juice).
5. Add apple, orange and cranberry mixture to jello and chill overnight.
6. Relish can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 month or frozen.

Canned relish, either jellied or chunky, is fine. But this is extra special!
