Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tabs. Baking powder
1 tbs. vanilla
2 1/2 lbs. flour
1 cup sugar
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Don’t know what this is exactly, but Nan left the recipe—ingredients only. She named it “Nocci” and I thought she meant “Gnocchi”, but as you can see there are no potatoes in the ingredients. Therefore, it may be like a zeppole—fried dough. I really don’t know, but thought it was worthy to put into the collection, if anyone dares to try to make up the instructions!

Possibilities:
Incorporate all ingredients together except the powdered sugar.
Form into small balls. Try deep frying in oil, baking, cooking in salted, boiling water, or whatever you think might work! Not sure on this one!!
Shake in brown bag with powdered sugar. Eat at once!
