1 1/2 c flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1 c powdered sugar
9 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese
2 - 4 oz package pistachio instant pudding mix
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust by combining flour, butter and pecans (reserve a few for garnish). Mix well and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º F. Remove from oven and cool completely before adding next layer of dessert. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 the cool whip. (remaining will be used to place on top of dessert.) After combined and mixture is smooth, spread on to a cooled crust. In another bowl, combine pudding mixes and milk until smooth and spread on top of the cream cheese layer. The pudding layer will be soft. Take remaining cool whip and layer on top of pudding carefully and top with a few remaining pecan pieces. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.

This is another one of those old favorites. You can use any flavor of pudding as well as sugar free varieties.
