1 pound hot sausage
3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 1/2 c. New York sharp cheese, grated
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage in pan, cool. In bowl, mix sausage with cheese and Bisquick mix. Form into 1" balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until balls are puffed and golden brown.
