2 lbs. shrimp, fresh or frozen
3 tbsp. chili sauce
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup olive oil
4 tsp. chopped chives, dry or fresh

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp for about 1 1/2 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp. Place shrimp in refrigerator to marinate for 4 to 5 hours. To serve, drain and serve in bowl placed over crushed ice. Shrimp may be served on a bed of lettuce surrounded by tomato wedges, boiled eggs, or asparagus spears. Marinade may also be used as a salad dressing rather than marinating shrimp for salad.
