2 eggs
1 c molasses
1 c sugar
1 3/4 c margarine
4 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp hot water
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Dissolve baking soda in molasses and add to creamed mixture along with the vanilla and salt. Add flour and water, alternating small amounts of the two, until well combined. Place on greased cookie sheet, bake at 350ºC for approximately 10-12 minutes.
