2 qt. water
1 - 19 oz. bag family size frozen vegetables
3-4 potatoes (cubed)
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 lb. Velveeta® cheese (cubed)
2 - 10.75 oz. cans cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. water, add frozen vegetables, potatoes, and bullion cubes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add cheese and celery soup. Simmer on low for an additional 30 minutes. Stir often so as to not stick to bottom. Serve with corn muffins.
