1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans (divided)
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
11 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 T. milk
1 jar dried beef (2 1/2 oz.) (chopped fine)
2 T. green pepper (chopped fine)
1 small onion (chopped fine)
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oven-toast pecans in butter and salt. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, milk, chopped dried beef, green pepper, and onion. Fold in sour cream and half the nuts. Place mixture in a small baking dish and sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or Melba toast. Serves 8-10.
